Maurie mentors lawyers at Stacks in the areas of insurance, commercial litigation, local government, professional indemnity and professional conduct. Outside of Rotary, Maurie has practised as a lawyer in Taree since 1970 and I convey my condolences to Maurie’s family and friends on behalf of the Law Society of NSW and the solicitors of this state. Maurie was respected across the legal fraternity for his advocacy for injured people.
